About Me

Neha Malhotra, MD, FAAP, is an Assistant Professor of Pediatric Urology at the Icahn School of Medicine and Mount Sinai Kravis Children's Hospital.

Dr. Neha Malhotra's clinical interests include kidney stones, fertility preservation, transgender care, varicoceles, male and female hernias and hydroceles, undescended testes, vesicoureteral reflux, hydronephrosis, prenatal urology, hypospadias, posterior urethral valves, neurogenic bladder, and kidney, bladder and testicular tumors.  She specializes in open, microscopic and minimally invasive surgery, depending on the needs of her patients.

Dr. Malhotra most recently held a fellowship at the Primary Children’s Hospital at the University of Utah.  A native of the Midwest, she attended Northwestern University where she majored in philosophy and biology and attended medical school at the University of Illinois at Chicago.  She also completed her residency in urology at the University of Illinois at Chicago.

During her career, Dr. Malhotra has been a member of the American Urological Association, the American Medical Association, the American Association of Pediatrics – Section on Urology, the Society of Women in Urology, the International Continence Society, Societies for Pediatric Urology and the Association for Surgical Education.  She also serves as reviewer for the Journal of Pediatric Urology.
