About Me
Ngabo Nzigira, MD is a board certified Family Medicine Physician who sees patients at Mount Sinai Doctors 2875 Broadway. Dr. Nzigira obtained his Doctorate in Medicine from the University of California, Davis School of Medicine. He completed his Family Medicine residency at the Sacramento Methodist Hospital in 2020.
Dr. Nzigira has significant experience and special interest in chronic disease management such as diabetes, hypertension, respiratory, dermatology, cardiovascular and gastrointestinal issues. Additionally he is experienced in minimally invasive in-office procedures such as small joint arthrocentesis, pap smears, and cryotherapy.
Dr. Nzigira performs annual physicals, sick visits, well women exams, and treatment of infections. He believes that the best healthcare is to be achieved through a healthy physician-patient relationship based on a foundation of respect, trust and compassion.

The Patient Experience Star Rating reflects our patients’ perception of how well their Mount Sinai provider communicated with them during an office visit. The Star Rating is based on patient responses to three questions on a patient experience survey, a standardized questionnaire sent to verified patients and distributed by a third party vendor, Press Ganey. Responses are measured on a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being the best score.

Physicians and scientists on the faculty of the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai often interact with pharmaceutical, device, biotechnology companies, and other outside entities to improve patient care, develop new therapies and achieve scientific breakthroughs.
