About Me
Nicholas Brownstone, MD is a board-eligible medical and cosmetic dermatologist.
He received his undergraduate degree in psychology from Cornell University and his MD degree with Alpha Omega Alpha honors from Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School.
Dr. Brownstone completed two dermatology research fellowships. One in psoriasis, phototherapy, clinical research at USCF in San Francisco, CA and the other in skin cancer at Mount Sinai Icahn School of Medicine in New York, NY. He then completed dermatology residency at Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia, PA where he served as Chief Resident.
He has written multiple publications in high impact journals, numerous textbook chapters and has delivered presentations at national dermatology conferences. In addition to clinical dermatology, he enjoys teaching and conducting research/clinical trials in the field.
During residency, Dr. Brownstone received an IPC International Dermatology Fellowship award giving him the opportunity to study dermatology in Madrid, Spain. He enjoys practicing the full spectrum of both medical and cosmetic dermatology while providing personalized and compassionate care with the goal of maximizing his patient’s medical and aesthetic skin health.
