Nicholas Gulati, MD, PhD

Dr. Gulati is a board-certified dermatologist with expertise in melanoma and other skin cancers. His PhD thesis was on topical melanoma immunotherapy, and he has advanced training in state-of-the-art methods for early detection of skin cancers. He also has a particular interest in oncodermatology, the management of skin conditions that result from cancer treatments.
Dr. Gulati graduated magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Columbia University. He earned an MD from Weill Cornell Medical College and a PhD from Rockefeller University, a global leader in biomedical research. Dr. Gulati completed his medical internship at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, one of the nation’s leading cancer hospitals, and his dermatology residency at NYU. As a resident, Dr. Gulati was awarded the Husik Prize for best research paper and the Lipkin Prize, presented to the resident who is an excellent clinician with scholarly interest and research productivity.
