Nirmal Patel, MD

Nirmal (Nim) Patel, MD, MPH, is Assistant Professor in the Department of Environmental Medicine and Climate Science at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai.  She is a primary care and occupational health physician with over two decades of experience in developing high-performing, outcomes-focused healthcare delivery systems and digital health solutions. She earned her MD from the University of Manchester in the UK and her MPH from Yale. Dr. Nim is deeply committed to patient-centered care, using evidence-based approaches, data, and information technology to enhance efficiency at the point of care.
