About Me
Dr. Noah Sands is a passionate, skilled, and uniquely well-trained Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon and ENT specialist at Mount Sinai West. Dr. Sands has a unique academic pedigree with dual fellowship certifications in both Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and Pediatric Craniofacial Surgery. Following his residency in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery (Ear, Nose and Throat) at McGill University, he spent a year under the tutelage of Dr. Peter Adamson at the University of Toronto, who is recognized as an international leader in the field of Facial Plastic Surgery, and an academic authority in rhinoplasty. Dr. Sands later received advanced training in cleft lip and palate surgery and facial reconstruction for children at the University of Utah. He has published extensively, having authored over 25 peer-reviewed articles and book chapters, and has presented his work at many international meetings.
Dr. Sands has extensive expertise in primary, ethnic, and revision rhinoplasty, nasal reconstruction, aging face surgery (face and neck lift, browlift, eyelid surgery), malformed ear repair, injectables and fillers, skin (Mohs) cancer reconstruction, facial trauma, facial paralysis, scar revision/keloids, pediatric facial deformities and craniofacial surgery.
