Nolan J Kagetsu, MD
About Me
Nolan Kagetsu, M.D., FACR is Professor of Radiology and Medical Education at The Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. He is a board-certified Radiologist with a specialty certification in Neuroradiology. Dr. Kagetsu is a graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He completed medical school at the Albany Medical College of Union University. He completed his residency in Radiology at Mount Sinai West where he served as chief resident. He completed a two year fellowship in diagnostic and interventional neuroradiology at NYU where he served as chief fellow. Dr. Kagetsu is co-faculty advisor for the Mount Sinai APAMSA chapter and serves on the National APAMSA Alumni Advisory Board.
He was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society.
Dr. Kagetsu has contributed to numerous publications. He has presented at national and international meetings. He is a senior member of the American Society of Neuroradiology. He was elected to serve on the Council Steering Committee of the American College of Radiology. He serves on the board of the American University Radiologists (AUR).
