About Me
Olivia Wind, MD, is a board-certified dermatologist who provides expert, compassionate medical and cosmetic dermatologic care to ethnically, culturally, and socioeconomically diverse patient populations of all skin types. She is passionate about working together with each patient to provide high quality care that is personalized to their individual needs.
Dr. Olivia Wind was born and raised in Manhattan, New York. She graduated summa cum laude from Binghamton University, with a Major in Comparative Literature and Minor in Biology. She was awarded a full merit scholarship to attend Albert Einstein College of Medicine in Bronx, NY. During her time in medical school, she conducted laboratory research on melanocyte biology and received a Global Health Fellowship, enabling her to spend several months in Peru and Tanzania as a medical volunteer. She graduated as an elected member of the Alpha Omega Alpha (AOA) and Gold Humanism honor societies.
Dr. Wind went on to receive her residency training in dermatology at Montefiore Einstein, where she had the privilege of continuing to work with and learn from the diverse Bronx patient population. Throughout her residency training, she gained extensive experience in general adult and pediatric dermatology, medically-complex dermatology, surgical and cosmetic dermatology. In her final year of residency, Dr. Wind was honored to be named Chief Resident, in recognition of her expansive knowledge base, fierce patient advocacy, and consistently compassionate patient care.
