About Me
Dr. Peter Gliatto is a Professor in the Department of Medicine, Medical Education and Geriatrics and Palliative Medicine.
Dr. Gliatto is board certified in Internal Medicine as well as in Hospice and Palliative Medicine. He serves patients through the Mount Sinai Visiting Doctors Program, and is the director of the program. In addition to the care of homebound patients, he teaches medical students.
Education:
Dr. Gliatto received a Bachelor of Arts from Johns Hopkins in Baltimore, Maryland and his MD degree from the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry. He completed residency and chief residency in Internal Medicine at the Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York City.
