About Me
Dr. Rachel Brozinsky is a pediatrician at the Mount Sinai Doctors Astoria pediatrics practice. She completed her undergraduate studies at Stony Brook University before earning her medical degree, cum laude, from SUNY Downstate College of Medicine. She then continued her medical training at the Mount Sinai Icahn School of Medicine, where she completed her residency in Pediatrics.
Dr. Brozinsky has a strong commitment to preventative care and evidence-based medicine. Her clinical interests include promoting positive parenting strategies, ensuring children remain up to date on vaccinations according to the schedule recommended by the American Academy of Pediatrics, and supporting families raising neurodiverse children. She focuses on providing compassionate, research-informed care that supports the physical, developmental, and emotional well-being of every child.
A founding member of the Astoria pediatrics practice in 2016, Dr. Brozinsky has played an integral role in its growth and patient-centered mission. In 2025, she became the practice’s Medical Director, helping guide clinical standards and supporting her colleagues in delivering high-quality pediatric care.
Dr. Brozinsky’s favorite part of being a pediatrician is building lasting connections with families and supporting them through every stage of their child’s development—from infancy through adolescence. She values partnering with parents and caregivers to help children thrive and reach their fullest potential.

Patient Experience Star Ratings and Comments
The Patient Experience Star Rating reflects our patients’ perception of how well their Mount Sinai provider communicated with them during an office visit. The Star Rating is based on patient responses to three questions on a patient experience survey, a standardized questionnaire sent to verified patients and distributed by a third party vendor, Press Ganey. Responses are measured on a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being the best score.
