About Me
Dr. Rajeev Sindhwani joined Mount Sinai as a Cardiologist in 2017. After graduating with his medical degree from All India Institute of Medical Science in New Delhi, Dr. Sindhwani completed his residency in Internal Medicine at the Lincoln Medical & Mental Health Center. He then completed two fellowships in Cardiovascular Disease at Michael Reese Hospital and Albert Einstein College of Medicine, respectively. To finish his training, Dr. Sindhwani moved to Winthrop University Hospital for a fellowship in Interventional Cardiology. With his board certifications in Internal Medicine and Cardiovascular Disease, Dr. Sindhwani specializes in a host of medical concerns, including hypertension, congestive heart failure, chest pains, and valve disorders.
In the field of Cardiology, Dr. Sindhwani strongly feels that our lifestyle, including food choices and exercise habits, has a profound impact on our wellbeing. He encourages his patients to lead healthy lifestyles, thus enabling them to take responsibility for their cardiac health.
