About Me
Dr. Vora is Assistant Professor of Psychiatry and Vice Chair for Clinical Affairs for the Department of Psychiatry. Dr.Vora’s primary interest is in community psychiatry and expanding and creating access to care for behavioral health. She is considered an expert in Integrated care and creating new programs that allow for better care, without stigma for mentally ill patients. At Mount Sinai, Dr. Vora oversees operations and strategic developments for all clinical activities related to the Department of Psychiatry. She is working to implement new psychiatric programs and initiatives across the Mount Sinai Hospital campus which involve integration of clinical and research programs to help make the wide array of research expertise be more accessible to trainees and clinical services.

Physicians and scientists on the faculty of the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai often interact with pharmaceutical, device, biotechnology companies, and other outside entities to improve patient care, develop new therapies and achieve scientific breakthroughs.
