Dr. Robert Phelps is Professor of Dermatology and Pathology and Director of the Dermatopathology Service at Mount Sinai Medical Center. Dr. Phelps is extensively involved in the teaching of medical students, residents, fellows and faculty and he has been with Mount Sinai since 1986.
