About Me
Rory M. C. Abrams, MD is an Assistant Professor of Neurology at the Mount Sinai Hospital, Mount Sinai West, and Mount Sinai Morningside. He is a board-certified neurologist with subspecialty training in Clinical Neurophysiology. He practices general neurology with an emphasis on nerve conduction studies/EMG and neuromuscular disorders including head, neck and back pain, peripheral nerve, neuromuscular junction, and muscle disorders.
Dr. Abrams graduated from New York University with both his bachelor’s and medical degrees. He then completed his internship at the NYU Medical Center. He completed residency in neurology at the Mount Sinai Hospital, where he also served as Chief Resident. Dr. Abrams additionally completed his fellowship training in Clinical Neurophysiology at the Mount Sinai Hospital. Dr. Abrams has considerable laboratory research experience, is an extensively published author, and has presented at numerous scientific conferences.
