
Rose Kleiman-Weiner, MD
About Me
Dr. Rose Kleiman is an outpatient psychiatrist at the Mount Sinai Behavioral Health Center where she uses both psychopharmacologic and psychotherapeutic approaches to the mental health care of adults. She also serves as Assistant Program Director of the Mount Sinai Psychiatry Residency. In these roles, she provides leadership in curriculum development, mentorship, and training, helping shape the next generation of psychiatrists.
Dr. Kleiman has earned her medical degree at the George Washington School of Medicine and Health Sciences. She completed her residency in Psychiatry at Mount Sinai Hospital at the Icahn School of Medicine. She is board-certified in Psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.
Dr. Kleiman has completed advanced training in psychotherapy through the William Alanson White Institute and the New York Psychoanalytic Society and Institute. Her work is guided by a commitment to warmth, compassion and curiosity.
