Patient Experience Star Ratings and Comments
The Patient Experience Star Rating reflects our patients’ perception of how well their Mount Sinai provider communicated with them during an office visit. The Star Rating is based on patient responses to three questions on a patient experience survey, a standardized questionnaire sent to verified patients and distributed by a third party vendor, Press Ganey. Responses are measured on a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being the best score.
Dr. Mehran made me feel really comfortable in my choice of care. I know I'm in great hands.
Everyone was excellent.
The doctor was truly exceptional-her warm smile and genuine concern for my health immediately put me at ease. She took the time to listen attentively to all of my concerns and explained my condition clearly and thoroughly, making sure I understood every detail. Her knowledge, professionalism, and compassionate approach were truly impressive. I feel fortunate to have been in her care and would highly recommend her to anyone seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable cardialogist.
