About Me
Dr. Roya Nazarian is an accomplished Board-Certified Dermatologist specializing in medical, cosmetic, and surgical dermatology.
She graduated cum laude with a B.A. in Psychology at Barnard College of Columbia University. Dr. Nazarian then completed a post-baccalaureate premedical program at the University of Virginia and subsequently received her medical degree from the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, where she graduated with a distinction in research award. During medical school, she completed a research fellowship in the field of oncodermatology, focusing her research on the best treatment practices for radiation dermatitis to support patients as they completed cancer treatment. After medical school, she completed her Medicine internship among experts in the fields of internal medicine and oncology at the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, followed by Dermatology Residency training at Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Dr. Nazarian was selected to serve as Chief Resident in her final year.
