Ruth Lesnewski graduated from the University of California, San Francisco School of Medicine in 1987 and completed her residency in family medicine at Montefiore Medical Center in 1990. She is a board certified family physician. Currently, Dr. Lesnewski works as a family physician at The Institute for Family Health at 17th Street and faculty for the Mount Sinai Downtown Residency in Urban Family Medicine. She is also a clinical committee member at Reproductive Health Access Project.
