About Me

Sarah Bochner, MSN, RN, CPNP-PC, is a pediatric nurse practitioner in pediatric general surgery. Sarah primarily sees patients in the surgery office during their pre- and post-operative appointments. She also helps run several multidisciplinary subspecialty clinics, including the bowel management, adolescent bariatric surgery, and aerodigestive programs.

Sarah received both her Bachelor of Science in Child Development and Master of Science in Nursing from Vanderbilt University. Sarah has additional clinical experience in pediatric hematology/oncology and pediatric urology.

Sarah's areas of clinic expertise include inguinal hernias, umbilical hernias, gastrostomy tubes, anorectal malformations, Hirschsprung's disease, esophageal atresia and tracheoesophageal fistula, chest wall deformities, congenital pulmonary anomalies, cholelithiasis and biliary colic, lymphatic and vascular malformations, and bowel management for patients with congenital colorectal disorders.
