About Me
Dr. Miller is a licensed clinical psychologist and health equity researcher at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. Her research centers on understanding and addressing both system-level and patient-level barriers to cancer screening, with the goal of developing effective interventions to address those barriers. Currently, Dr. Miller is leading an NIH-funded randomized clinical trial evaluating the efficacy of a digital health solution aimed at increasing colorectal cancer screening rates among patients receiving care at federally qualified health centers. In addition, she is actively working on designing and testing interventions that streamline and integrate cancer screening efforts in clinical and community settings.
