About Me
Shameeke Taylor, MD, MPH, MSCR is an Assistant Professor of Emergency Medicine and a physician-scientist who is committed to addressing diversity in clinical research.
Dr. Taylor’s research concerns the evaluation of risk factors that are associated with poor outcomes after traumatic brain injury. After completion of his dual fellowships in Global Health and Research, he was awarded a position as a Sinai Laureate and receives support for his research through this program. He also collaborates with the Institute for Health Equity Research to investigate the intersection of disability and race in health care.
