Dr. Shye Wortman has practiced Internal Medicine since 1997 and co-founded his Staten Island practice in 2000. After graduating from SUNY Health Science Center College of Medicine, Dr. Wortman completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Staten Island University Hospital. He is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and has a clinical interest in diabetes.
Dr. Wortman is bilingual and can communicate with his patients in both English and Hebrew. He is also an active member of the American Medical Association and the American College of Physicians.
Outside of his time with patients, Dr. Wortman enjoys travelling and spending time with his family.
