About Me

Sindhura Gopinath is a current PhD student in the CAB multidisciplinary training area at the Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. Sindhura is a member of both the Cagan and Schadt Labs where he/she focuses on the genomic complexity of Colorectal Cancer. She uses computational genomics and Drosophila genetics to investigate therapeutic response in Colorectal Cancer. Sindhura graduated from R.V. College of Engineering, Bangalore, India in 2016 with a B.E. in Biotechnology.
