Dr. Soledad Puente-Guzman received her medical degree in Puerto Rico and came to New York to do a pediatric residency at St. Luke’s Hospital, now Mount Sinai St. Luke’s. She continued on to a fellowship in Behavioral and Developmental Pediatrics at Roosevelt Hospital, now Mount Sinai West. She has worked at Mount Sinai West’s Developmental Disabilities Center for thirteen years evaluating children for possible delays using standardized testing. Currently, Dr. Puente-Guzman also serves as a Pediatric Hospitalist at Mount Sinai West and is an Instructor affiliated with the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai.
