About Me
Dr. Miro Fortier received her medical degree from Université de Montréal and went on to complete a residency in Family Medicine at Montfort Hospital/University of Ottawa and a fellowship in Palliative and Hospice Medicine at McGill University Health Centre. Prior to joining the Mount Sinai faculty, Dr. Miro Fortier worked as a traveling attending family medicine physician in rural Canada. More recently, she provided palliative and acute care services on a Covid-19 Unit in a long term care facility in Montreal. Dr. Miro Fortier is board eligible in Family Medicine. She also received her Certification in the College of Family Physicians of Canada.

Dr Fortier is absolutely amazing. She always shows care and listens carefully.
It's difficult giving a critique after just one visit. It's just too soon. Though I must say I've been pleased with the Stuyvesant Doctors overall.
Dr. Fortier is fabulous---really lovely person who has great recommendations and knowledge.
