Patient Experience Star Ratings and Comments
The Patient Experience Star Rating reflects our patients’ perception of how well their Mount Sinai provider communicated with them during an office visit. The Star Rating is based on patient responses to three questions on a patient experience survey, a standardized questionnaire sent to verified patients and distributed by a third party vendor, Press Ganey. Responses are measured on a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being the best score.
Dr. G was incredible. He took in all the info and context I had, gave me thorough descriptions of all considerations and options, empowered me to make my own decisions, and supported those decisions. I felt like I learned a lot and felt I was in extremely capable hands the whole time. I had an extremely positive experience overall.
The doctor was fantastic. We asked him a lot of questions and he answered them all, plus gave us good solid advice. My only wish is that he was a primary care doctor!
Dr. Gopalsamy was very thorough and worked with me to find the best solution to my issue. I would recommend him without reservation.
