About Me
Dr. Steven Xian joined Mount Sinai as a Neurologist in 2022. After earning his undergraduate degree from Cornell University, Dr. Xian graduated with his medical degree from Tulane University. He then completed both his residency and fellowship at Montefiore Medical Center in Neurology and Neuromuscular Medicine, respectively. With his certification by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, Dr. Xian specializes in the treatment of conditions like headaches, migraines, head injuries, and limb pain. He also sees patients for sleep problems, stroke check-ups, joint stiffness, and movement issues.
In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Xian recently spent 5 years researching in Clinical Neurology with Dr. Mark Gudesblatt. He has given multiple presentations and lectures on topics in his field, and is a member of the American Academy of Neurology.
Outside of his time with patients, Dr. Xian enjoys reading and hiking.
