About Me
Dr. Finkel received his Bachelor of Arts degree (Summa Cum Laude) with distinction in Biology from the University of Pennsylvania. He graduated from Albert Einstein College of Medicine first in his class, and was president of his chapter of the national medical honor society, Alpha Omega Alpha. He has published peer reviewed articles in the Journal of Biological Chemistry, Nature, Gut, Gastrointestinal Radiology, and Gastrointestinal Endoscopy, and has taught GI endoscopy at Mount Sinai Hospital since 1978.
