About Me
Dr. Sue Hahn is an Assistant Professor of Colon and Rectal Surgery at The Mount Sinai Hospital.

She completed her general surgery residency at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai (ISMMS) in 2019 after which she completed a colon and rectal surgery fellowship at UMass Memorial Medical Center in Worcester, MA.
Dr. Hahn’s research has contributed to novel techniques to salvage ileal-pouch anal anastomoses to preserve the quality of life for patients with inflammatory bowel diseases. While in residency, Dr. Hahn received the prestigious Arthur H. Aufses, Sr. Prize in Surgery from ISMMS. She is an active member of the American College of Surgeons and the American Society of Colon & Rectal Surgeons (ASCRS), among others.
