About Me
Tonya Lemonious, MD, MPH is an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics, Division of Adolescent Medicine in the Mount Sinai Adolescent Health Center and Mount Sinai School Based Health Clinic.
She graduated with a B.S. in Psychobiology from the State University of New York (SUNY) at Binghamton and received her medical degree from the Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences – University at Buffalo (SUNY). She then completed her pediatric residency training at Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences – University at Buffalo (SUNY), where she also served as a chief pediatric resident.
She went on to complete her fellowship in adolescent medicine at Boston Children's Hospital–Harvard Medical School and also earned her master's degree in public health from Harvard T. H. Chan School of Public Health.
