About Me
Tristen S. Park, MD, is a board-certified breast surgical oncologist. She is committed to compassionate, comprehensive care for cancer patients and patients at high risk of developing breast cancer. Dr. Park specializes in advanced breast surgery techniques, including nipple-sparing mastectomy, lumpectomy, sentinel lymph node biopsy, targeted and complete axillary dissections, and hidden scar techniques.
Dr. Park earned her MD from Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons. She completed a residency in General Surgery at Rutgers University Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, a research fellowship in Surgical Oncology and Immunotherapy at the National Cancer Institute, and a fellowship in Breast Surgical Oncology at Duke University Medical Center.
She previously was on the faculty at Yale School of Medicine where, as a passionate advocate for international and global surgery and oncology, she started the International Breast Surgery Program, connecting breast surgeons from Europe, United Kingdom, East Asia and the United States for exciting educational and research collaborations around the world.
