The Patient Experience Star Rating reflects our patients’ perception of how well their Mount Sinai provider communicated with them during an office visit. The Star Rating is based on patient responses to three questions on a patient experience survey, a standardized questionnaire sent to verified patients and distributed by a third party vendor, Press Ganey. Responses are measured on a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being the best score.
My pcp was great and very kind
Dr. Cobos has excellent bedside manners. She listened attentively and explained why she decided a particular course of action. I will recommend her to all my loved ones.
The doctor was consumed with updating the computer for the first half of my visit and then focused on me during physical exam. I wish there was more focus on me at the start (as in, looking at me and asking "what brings you here?"). I wish there was more time with the doctor, if I wasn't super prepared and organized with my questions and concerns, there wouldn't have been time to get to them.
