About Me

Dr. Litoff is a cognitive-behavioral psychologist with a specialty in treating obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), phobias and panic disorder. She received her Psy.D. in clinical psychology from Roosevelt University and her master’s degree in mental health counseling from John Jay College. She completed her pre-doctoral internship in the partial hospital program at McLean SouthEast Hospital and the outpatient clinic at South Shore Mental Health. During this time, she received extensive cognitive behavioral training in the treatment of mood and anxiety disorders. Dr. Litoff then completed a two-year post-doctoral fellowship at The Reeds Center, where she received specialized training in CBT for OCD. After her fellowship, Dr. Litoff worked at Grand Central Psychology where she continued to treat clients with OCD and anxiety disorders. In addition to CBT, Dr. Litoff integrates mindfulness, compassion-focused and relational approaches into her work. Dr. Litoff works with an adult and adolescent population.
