Dr. Vikas Goswamy attended the Sophie Davis School of Biomedical Education at CUNY City College’s 7 year medical program. Through the program, he completed his medicine training at SUNY Downstate Medical Center in 2013. He went on to complete a combined residency in Internal Medicine and Emergency Medicine at SUNY Downstate Medical Center and Kings County Hospital in 2018. Dr. Goswamy is board certified in both Internal Medicine (ABIM) and Emergency Medicine (ABEM). He is currently an Assistant Professor of Emergency Medicine at Mount Sinai. He occasionally works in the Division of Hospital Medicine, Department of Internal Medicine. He focuses on training Internal Medicine residents on emergency care.
