About Me
Vivian L. Bishay MD, is Associate Professor of Radiology in the Division of Vascular and Interventional Radiology at The Mount Sinai Medical Center. She received her BA in Mathematics (magna cum laude). She completed medical school at the University of Pennsylvania in 2011. She finished residency in Diagnostic Radiology at The Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York where she served as Chief Resident, and went on to complete a fellowship in Vascular and Interventional Radiology where she served as Chief Fellow. She joined the division of Vascular and Interventional Radiology in 2017.
Dr. Bishay has authored and co-authored peer reviewed publications on novel access techniques, locoregional therapies for liver cancer and advanced IVC filter removal techniques. Her clinical interests include portal venous hypertension, interventional oncology, uterine fibroid embolization, and peripheral vascular disease.
