About Me

Vivian Tsai, MD is a board-certified pediatrician at Mount Sinai Union Square who is appointed as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Pediatrics at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. Dr. Tsai earned her medical degree from Boston University School of Medicine and completed her pediatric residency at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center. She also worked in private practice in socioeconomically and culturally diverse communities and also has experience in public health performing contact tracing during the COVID-19 pandemic in New York City. Dr. Tsai has enjoyed medical volunteer work with various nonprofit organizations throughout her career including SHED foundation in Tanzania, Camp Laurel in Los Angeles, Operation Smile in China, and Don’t Walk By in New York City.
