About Me
Dr. Walter Molofsky is the Director of Pediatric Neurology at Mount Sinai Health System and Associate Professor of Pediatrics and Neurology at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. Mount Sinai’s outstanding team of pediatric neurologists have specialized interests in epilepsy, movement disorders, stroke, neurobehavioral disorders, multiple sclerosis, headache, neuromuscular disorders, autism, and autoimmune encephalitis, as well as general pediatric neurology throughout the Mount Sinai Health System. The division has become a model of the successful integration of the diverse hospitals that now make up the Mount Sinai Health System, and we are delighted with the developments in clinical care, education, and training of our residents.
Dr. Molofsky is considered an expert in the field of neurovascular disease, tics, headaches, neuronatal neurology, neurodevelopmental, neuromuscular and neurobehavioral disorders, and general pediatric neurology. He has authored numerous papers on headache, neurovascular disease, and neurobehavioral disorders in children. Dr. Molofsky has been honored as one of New York Magazine's Top doctors continuously 2005 - 2020.
Dr. Molofsky maintains an active clinical referral practice and has offices in New York City at Mount Sinai Union Square at10 Union Square, West Orange, NJ, and at ODA Health Center in Brooklyn, NY.
