Wei Li is an Instructor of Emergency Medicine at the Icahn School of Medicine and an Emergency Medicine attending physician at the Mount Sinai Hospital, Mount Sinai Morningside Hospital, and Mount Sinai West Hospital. Prior to joining the Icahn School of Medicine as faculty, Dr. Li completed a simulation fellowship at Mount Sinai West/Morningside, an Emergency Medicine residency at Stony Brook University Hospital and completed his medical school training from the University of Central Florida. He is a member of the Division of Simulation in Emergency Medicine. Dr. Li’s interests involve the use of simulation for process improvement, medical education, and faculty development. He enjoys reading fantasy novels, watching his favorite basketball and football teams (Orlando Magic and Tampa Buccaneers), hiking and traveling. He is fluent in English and Chinese.
