Patient Experience Star Ratings and Comments
The Patient Experience Star Rating reflects our patients’ perception of how well their Mount Sinai provider communicated with them during an office visit. The Star Rating is based on patient responses to three questions on a patient experience survey, a standardized questionnaire sent to verified patients and distributed by a third party vendor, Press Ganey. Responses are measured on a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being the best score.
Exceptionally empathetic and clear care from Dr. Fang. He came highly recommended by a friend and I would recommend him to others.
No bad experience, only good and I definitely will recommend him to my daughter and my friends.
My first visit with Dr Fang was thorough and felt comforting. He was generally concerned and took the time to explain deeper is laymen's terms. I liked his approach to healthy levels .
